I purchased my HP Officejet Pro 9020e in November 2022, no issues until this update. Blue screen with error code 83C0000B have tried disconnecting it from the power source, deleted it from computer (now does not recognise it to reinstall) nothing works. Unusable!!

HP is recommending customers experiencing the error to contact the customer support team for assistance https://support.hp.com.
